History

University of South-East Asia or USEA :

- is a nationally recognized private university and was established on 7th July , 2006 as one of the five operating private universities in Siem Reap.
- was created and operating through Sub-decree No. 63 dated 07 July 2006, duly signed by his Excellency Prime Minister Hun Sen, under Prakas No. 802 dated 09 July 2007 of the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports (MoEYS) and supported by certificate No. 01540757 dated 15 October 2007 issued by the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC).
- is located in a new 5-storey building on its own campus in Siem Reap, Cambodia and about 314 km from Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia.
- is in the urban setting which is affordable and conducive to learning and offers diverse chances of earning a living while studying and exposing the students to the real life experiences.
- the Rector and his management team operate through an Academic Council, and report to shareholders through a Board of Trustees.
