USEA has new international NGO partner

USEA signed MOU with The Global Child (TGC) a local based NGO in Siem Reap, with main Office in Vermont, USA on February 8, 2012.

The Global Child agreed to advertise the TGC Scholarship to current USEA students, make high school graduates that apply for a TGC Scholarship aware of their options for higher education in Siem Reap, including USEA, pay USEA invoices in each semester on time, include in any TGC events where their present in applicable, where there is graduation ceremony at the end of the school year, give presentation at least once a year at USEA and join any USEA event where their presence is applicable whereas USEA agreed to provide TGC the schedule, attendance, booklist, courses enrolled and other pertinent student’s information, contact TGC directly regarding any major issues concerning student with TGC scholarship, invite students or staff of TGC to participate in any useful training occurred at USEA, provide TGC a suitable discount on fees for new RGC Scholarship students or staff from every academic year, the percentage discount will be negotiated annually, transfer any portion of fees not used to another TGC Scholarship students, include TGC in Any USEA events where their presence is applicable, provide student with information concerning key USEA dates including but not limited to graduation ceremonies, examinations, and promotions start dates upon request, allow the students of TGC to have a study visit to the library of USEA or School Campus at any appropriate time or vice versa.

The MOU was signed by Acting President of USEA, Mr. Rous Bunthy and Ms. Judy Wheeler, Chairman of The Global Child (TGC) with the presence of USEA Management Team and Mr. Chan Thy Touch, the Project Coordinator of TGC, Siem Reap, Cambodia.
